Battle Field of the Mind is an amazing read. For those of us who have ever struggled with self doubt, worrying or self criticism, the book is a must. The book provides very thought provoking insight on how to deal with the daily inner struggles that some people experience. The book is Christian based, but it isn't a holy rolling, bible thumping read, as Joyce Meyer presents the material very well.
