While it might not seem like much of a workout to people who are already fit, this was just the motivation I needed to stick with a workout regime. The feedback, and game-like format helps make "moving" more fun. I do work up a sweat when I do it.

I was fairly skeptical as to how this game could give your body a decent workout. After playing it for a little while I learned I was wrong and I discovered how out of shape I really am. Not only does this game give you a decent workout, it's also very fun...especially if you're competitive with others in your house!

I don't get too much of a workout with this game in particular. The Jillian Michaels game however, Whoo! But! What I do especially love about this is how I use it in conjunction with my Wii fit game to monitor my weight. For some reason my board wont work that great with the Jillian Michaels game, but it works perfectly with the wii fit itself. What I do, is work out for at least thirty minutes with the JM game then switch over to the Wii fit for about thirty minutes of Yoga. I weight myself before starting the Yoga on the wii fit and you can actually see a change in your weight from the time you started to the time you ended. Its not a drastic change, but it made me feel better. :) I also use a pair of weights on my wrists and ankles. I got mine at Ross' and Marshall's, opposed to a sports store, for sure cheap.

This is more about having fun than exercising, but fear not -- you'll break a sweat fast! Sure, you can cheat. But nobody wants to cheat when they're having fun. Get this and get fit!
