These are wonderful. Like heaven. I saw that they are available in San Francisco now.There was an article about them in the SF Chronicle food page recently. Don't remember the bakery name though.

I stumbled upon this place in Paris a few years ago before I knew it was such a big deal, and was instantly in love with the array of brightly colored macaroons. Needless to say, my eyes were way bigger than my stomach and I blew a ton of Euros on a ton of macaroons that I never finished. Boo.

I think the issue is that the macaroons cannot be shipped to the US. I have tried for years.

The amazon link takes you to a different item,they DONOT sell laduree and the Laduree site doesnt sell them either.Harrods sells them but I can`t find them on their website.
