Wooden barbecue box is lined with aluminum and has wheels and handles for easy transport—ideal for entertaining at home or away. Simply lay meat on the grill and let the roaster do the rest. Slow cooking caramelizes meat on the outside while keeping it tender on the inside. Roasts up to 100 pounds of meat in four hours or less—use it for pork, chicken, ribs, fish and more. Includes two stainless steel grills, charcoal pan and grid, large drip pan and marinating syringe. Hand wash. Made in USA. 48" x 24" x 24".
