The Blade franchise is probably the best thing that Wesley Snipes put his name to. He has come along since "Jungle Fever". But this movie is a great combination of action and science fiction. If you like action movies with bad ass/tough guy heroes, then this is ideal.

This movie blew me out of my seat. Wesley Snipes is a vampire. His mother was bitten while she was pregnant with him. So he's some weird hybrid with the ability to go out into the sunlight. He takes it upon himself to kill vampires with the help of Whistler (Kris Kristopherson) who is the father-like figure that raised him. Let the fighting begin. Amazing action movie. (via Amazon)
