Easter brunch is a bit later than normal brunches. As such, I try to make food that might fit in a little later in the day and food that goes with the egg-y theme. Deviled eggs (with curry and paprika!) have become a surprise hit at my Easter brunches. I don't like them (it's that cold cooked egg thing) but they are the first thing to disappear year after year. This country nostalgic deviled egg platter would be a charming display for my deviled eggs. Plus with what looks like a picture out of a A. Milne story, its simply rustic!
