This is a great phone for only $20. The sound quality is excellent, and the speakerphone option is great (although I haven't actually tried it yet). The ability to not only see who's calling on the handset, but to be able to automatically redial directly from the Caller ID list is very handy. Its compact design doesn't take up a lot of space on my cluttered desk, and it's cool to know that there's a headset available so I can talk while I'm wandering around the Internet (I'll have to get that!). No VoIP, but I haven't really gotten into that yet...
