Because, although she is dressed in more pink than Washington D.C. sees even during cherry blossom season, Elle actually shows us just how difficult it is to get a bill noticed, let alone passed. That she manages to have some fun and plan a wedding in Fenway Park along the way is just the icing on this very pink cake.
