Aluminum free deodorant with great fragrances! 100% aluminum-free and non-staining. With patented Cotton Tech to absorb and evaporate wetness naturally.

although it seems strange that a sneaker company makes my absolute favorite deodorant (okay...they'd probably attest that they make all kinds of sports apparel and products...but still), this deodorant is excellent for those who have issues with underarm sweat and who are concerned with the use of aluminum. i've had problems with sweat so much that i got a prescription from my doctor for special anti-perspirant but i felt really uncomfortable using it since it irritated my skin and even somewhat bleached a dark-colored shirt of mine. then i read a review of this deodorant in jane magazine 2 years ago and tried it out. from the first day i used it, it has worked wonderfully for me. i love the fitness fresh scent and love the fact that it keeps me dry, doesn't stain my shirts, and doesn't have aluminum. i don't consider getting any other type of deodorant.

I cannot wear any deodorants containing any form of aluminum. Almost all have it in some form or another. The others on the market without it are both pricey and pretty ineffective except Right Guard Original and that is definitely more of a man scented deodorant. Although I wore that for approx. 35 years I was tired of it. So I was so glad to find these aluminum free products at my local drugstore. Now it has been removed and I was told it is no longer in production. I hope this is untrue and I will try buying it off the internet. I hope you continue to make it for as long as I need it. I love it. Thank you.

I also loved this antiperspirant. I am sensitive to scents and can only wear certain brands powder scent. I did not have to get used to this one at all and it had excellent wetness control. I also love that it has not aluminum in it. Now however I cannot find it on the shelves which is very upsetting. I just loved this product.

I am another HIGHLY PISSED-OFF long-term user of Adidas by Coty 0% Aluminum "Cotton" Antiperspirant-Deodorant. Worked as well or better than any other product I have ever used---went to buy about four to cover me while elsewhere until the Autumn and found that it had vanished from the shelves---and the manufacturer (probably marketer, actually---the factory is probably an off-label company in Canada) had the ridiculous gall to have put out a dangerously-inferior product bearing its general name, but touting "New Improved Formulation" (containing 18% of an Aluminum-Zirconium compound). There must have been a management change at Adidas-Coty. Leaves the field open for someone more intelligent to bring back the excellent product under a new name. Any investors around?

i love this deorant too. i've been looking EVERYWHERE for them!!! i found it on amazon.com!! they are a little expensise OKAY ALOTTTT but its worth it. its $15 for a 3 pack plus $7 for shipping. the plus is that the bottles are much larger. the ones i had were 1.6oz and the ones on amazon are 2.6oz. is it worth it?

Coty/Adidas: WAKE UP!! You are missing a big boat here. This is a fabulous product, and I join the others in my disgust to find it discontinued. Why the shelves need another set of Aluminum Zirconium labels -- on top of the dozens already there -- is beyond me. The cotton tech does seem to help with moisure while not clogging up pores with dangerous aluminum compounds. I'm on the lookout for more product, and I'll try the suggestions of other correspondents. Thanks for the tips.

I have searched high and low for my favorite deodorant in the world: Adidas Cotton-Tech. Breast cancer is rampant in my family (both my mother and grandmother are survivors), so I have tried to avoid anti-persperants for the past three years. Tom's natural deodarant sucks...so does kiss my face--my underarms were rocking after 30 minutes. Adidas is the only deodorant that lasts me all day and seems to be good for my health. Why the hell did they discontinue it??? I have been two five different walmarts and three different Target stores in Maryland looking for it and it's nowhere to be foundl im pissed

I thought it was great until the 24 hr deo caused blistering itchy skin. I found them on clearance at Eckerd's in GA for .50 cents each. I bought about 5 of various types. I am not usually allergic to much ( some things ) but this has caused a terrible reaction. Maybe that is why is has been discontinued. ??? Not sure-but I am going back to Secret.

I have been using this after going through about a dozen natural brands and ending up smelling...well, naturally stinky. I am a massage therapist and it is imperative to have good deodorant while working hard. I do not want an antiperspirant. This is the best!!!! I am having trouble finding it in stores lately. Does the whole world want to clog up their pores and put aluminum into their bodies? kc in minnesota

Meijer (Midwest grocery) caries their their two new versions - bigger sizes, dif. scents., I don't think they work as well though.

My husband and I both love these aluminum-free deodorants and they work as well or better than the name-brand aluminum-based products. I am hard-pressed to explain why they are disappearing. We have stocked up with sources we found on the internet, but that won't last obviously if they aren't making them anymore.

Has anyone heard if Adidas is going to bring back the Cotton Tech deodorant? Why would such a good product suddenly dissapear?

I felt that I always needed anti-perspirant. Then I was told that the aluminum in it was bad for you. And I thought that I couldn't just use a deodorant and it keep me fresh and clean, but that was before adidas!!! Now, my biggest problem is where can I purchase it. I used to get it at Wal*Mart, but they quit carrying it right after I started to use it. My loss...I do recommend adidas whole heartedly. Just hope it can be found locally...

I too had almost given up on this, but I wrote Coty's cust. service and they wrote me back several sources-- I recommend doing a search for "Cotton Tech" to find vendors online, not the old name of "Absorbant-Deo" I was also told that the new redesign of the package DOES NOT SAY OUTRIGHT that it is aluminum free, however the product remains the same and does not contain aluminum. YAY!

Playing soccer may keep you in great shape, but it doesn't exactly keep you smelling your most fresh. Deodorant- total must have.

JAN '09: spoke to someone at the company that distributes adidas body, coti. the new line is coming out, and the cotton deodorant specifically will only be available at CVS, Bed Bath & Beyond and K-Mart. end of February!
I called my Bed Bath and Beyond store and they have the Adidas cotton tech deodorant. Thanks Adidaslove for the info it really helped since I was looking for this product for a while.
Give tracykobayashi a compliment. This will be visible on tracykobayashi’s public profile
I contacted Coty and was told that the Adidas Cotton-Tech product I was using had been discontinued because of market trends. Here are a couple or e-mail addresses and a phone number, maybe complaints will bring these products back. TalkToUs@cotyinc.com CotyComsumerAffairs@cotyinc.com 1-800-715-4023
thanks for the contact info! the product should be in full distribution by summer '09. carriers: cvs, kmart, walgreens, bed bath and beyond, harmon's i was told if you can't find it, you can order it at harmondiscount.com. fitness fresh scent is discontinued but there will be pure lightness and pure powder scents. it's a package redesign only...the formula has not changed.
I have to thank all of you for your hard work. I'm trying to find the men's version of this product and it seems even harder to find than the women's, but your information here has been very useful in my search. If you happen to find the men's version, please post that too!
i just found a men's version at Walgreen's that is Adidas Aluminum Free! It says "Limited Edition" "Deep Energy" :-)
is Adidas Deep Energy really aluminum free?
