baby, you need to chill. you need to breathe. so does your wine, and it isn't going to work to throw the bottle into the refrigerator if you didn't plan ahead or have a drop-in visitor.
just keep the eisch rapid cooling decanter in your freezer. when you need to chill your wine, it will do so right there are the table in much less time than it normally would.
breathe. chill. eisch. gesundheit. (via the daily olive)

Oooh! This is one of the most elegant wine decanters I've seen yet. It looks like a display-version of a very expensive bottle of perfume. (I'm sure the serious oenophiles are rolling their eyes right about now.)
The rapid cooling is fantastic, since at least one of the ladies in my wine--ahem--book club will forget her beverage contribution until she's 2 blocks away and grabs a warm bottle of white from the corner store. Knowing our love of books, we need every bottle ready to drink as quickly as possible.

There's nothing wrong with drinking a little white wine with that New York Strip off the grill. White with red meat? Red with white meat? We call it two thirds "patriotic."
There is, however, something so very wrong about drinking WARM white wine that you shamefully left sitting out on the countertop. Eisch's Rapid Cool cooling decanter will take your wine from 70 degrees to a comfortably casual 50 degrees in under five minutes.
Hey, if you want to chill your red, too, we'll just look the other way. (via TheDelicious)
