Piper is a loving companion who would love a little boy or girl to cuddle and hug.

She has shoulder length Ash blond hair with brunette & white highlights made of merino wool. Her hair can be styled in various ways though currently she is wearing a side part to show off her highlights.

Piper is ready for bed with her pink flower 100% cotton flannel blanket and is comfortably dressed in her alphabet pink 100% cotton flannel pajamas decorated with pearl snaps and pink rickrack. Piper's blanket is backed with soft yellow flannel and tied with yellow cotton floss. She is wearing yellow 100% cotton terry slippers tied with pink bows. Piper has light brown eyes a rosy mouth and blushing cheeks.

Piper's body and head are made of one piece, arms are the internal button jointed variety with stitched on legs. Piper is stuffed with carded wool that is sourced here in Maine from Peace Fleece and has hair that is made of merino wool. Her skin is golden in color and made of cotton tricot.

Waldorf dolls (also called Steiner dolls) are a form of doll used in Waldorf education. Made of natural materials, using techniques drawing on traditional European doll making, its appearance is intentionally simple in order to allow the child playing with it to engage in open play. MaDau Dolls are created in this tradition and the faces are embroidered simply so that the doll can reflect a range of emotions to the child in creative play, whether that be happy, sad, angry or somewhere in between. They are stuffed with wool so that the child's own body warmth will be given back to the child as though from a living being.
