Pure genius. My money's on bacon, personally. No offense to tofu, but how does spongy and bland (though versatile!) stack up to crispy and salty? Unless tofu launched some sort of sneak attack. I could see that.

As a health and fitness professional I should be rooting for Monsier Tofu. But, hell no! Tofu makes me gag and bacon is oh so tasty. I predict Tofu will be tappin' out in a hurry. Kick his ass, Mr. Bacon!
