I have this sun room in my house. It's the most underused room in the house and currently is holding a mottled collection of couches. This bed inspires me to actually take control of the sun room and make it into a guest room. An airy, bed like this that could be a couch and can easily transform into a bed with the sun from the windows filtering in.

daybeds got a bad rep for a while, and i remember why. horrible brass frames and flowery bedspreads are all i remember as a kid, but that's enough to scar anyone! on the other hand, this fresh redesign opens up worlds of decorating possibilities. hip and pretty, a great addition to the extra bedroom.
