It's the Lucques of the east side, only less expensive and they don't take reservations. Located in Atwater Village, the menu's in constant motion but they'll always give you a fresh-baked canele before you leave. (Or during dinner, if you ask nicely.) Neither the menu nor the wine list are long, but they're always interesting. Recent standouts: Bourride; papparadelle with shell beans, cherry tomatoes and cavolo nero; roasted pear with biscuit shortcake and creme fraiche.
