Forever 21's Twelve by Twelve line is growing, which means there's a lot more crap to sift through. But I did really like this chiffon tiered top, especially in green. A good top for work.

I love this Twelve by Twelve tank by Forever21, it is so chic yet so affordable! It features an oversized polka dotted bow at the neck, with a cinched waist which is flattering to all body types! Love the color too, I'm so sick of black!
