Great book! Delightfully interesting and thought provoking at the same time.

I've been listening to the audiobook (from Audible.com, read by the author) on my commute. Though I'm not quite done with the book, I can recommend it strongly to anybody who is willing to question how they thought their mind worked.

This is not a self-help book and it doesn't offer much in the way of advice on how to think better (I'll update this statement if the last bit takes a dramatic turn) but the insights, scientific studies, and examples are sometimes entertaining, sometimes disheartening, and sometimes astounding.

This is a good book in that it shifts your way of thinking without being a self help book.

i listened to this via audible.com and I really enjoyed it. it makes you think, that's for sure.

A friend of mind highly recommended this book and it sounds like a fascinating read. Written by the author of The Tipping Point, this book covers "adaptive consciousness" -- a 24/7 mental valet -- that provides us with instant and sophisticated information to warn of danger, read a stranger, or react to a new idea.

Malcolm Gladwell rocks

Outstanding Book

Malcom Gladwell is a wonderful man. His ideas have such potential power to change the world. In this book, he teaches us how we have the power to make quick and very reliable decisions without actually thinking about them. Yeah, it sounds a bit dense but its not.

Gladwell's writing style is easy and highly anecdotal. He supports his theories with stories about some remarkable people. Reading his books is a joy.

Weaving stories together with theories, Gladwell certainly gets his points across and does so in such a manner that it's easy to share and discuss with others. Blink and Tipping Point are definitely worth reading.
