I love Spinning. Unfortunately, I'm working at the few times that my gym actually offers the class. But, with this bike, I can spin by myself. It's really not as sad as it sounds.

The seat is fully adjustable AND the handle design will prepare you for the spinning classes that have been consistently kicking your but. Also these are good to have on rainy days when you CAN'T ride your real bike.
