If you've seen my other recommendations, you know I'm a huge fan of balance & stability equipment. And here's another one.
This board offers an extra challenge by incorporating a twist adjustment that increases the board angle from 14 degrees to 17 degrees.
In addition to improving your balance and stability, you can use the board for ankle injury rehabilitation, and for lower body strengthening. But wait, there's more. You can also use the board to improved your core and upper body strength. That's right, you can use it for push-ups and crunching. The fun never stops with this thing!
