They are my favorite band, and they are constantly evolving and getting better with age. This is their latest album, and I have listened to it countless times over the past couple of months. They really have the perfect balace, their music is catchy but clever, they are funny yet heavy, their lyrics and music together are beautiful, and they can still kick ass. Check 'em out. As we start to prep for the upcoming Flaming Lips album, It's time to reflect back on their older work. This one is their most recent, that got shoved aside by me due to my obsession with Yoshimi and Soft Bulletin. However, As i go abck over it, I realize how awesome ti is. I mean, The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song and It Overtakes Me are both top notch lips.
