Once again, I'm recommending an item that probably won't get a lot of mentions in any "Top 10 Items to run out and buy next week" lists. But, The OXO flour sifter is great to have in any well-equipped kitchen. The Oxo Flour Sifter doesn't work like old school sifters where you have to pull some sort of trigger assembly until you develop carpal tunnel. With the Oxo Flour Sifter, all you have to do is gently rock the sifter back and forth -- that does the trick. As I've said before, OXO rocks!
