This mouse doesn't even need batteries because the pad it's on juices the mouse with an electrical field generator, keeping it constantly charged.
You no longer need to replace the battery, but your hand may get cancer. Your choice.
Beyond that though, it's a pretty neat device. (via Gizmodo)
