The artisan bakers at San Francisco's Cakework are serving up a slice of spring especially for us. They brushed their light vanilla gÃ©noise sponge cake with fresh lemon juice, filled it with tangy lemon cream and raspberries, and frosted it in vanilla buttercream. Then they wrapped the entire thing in basket-textured white chocolate, and decorated the top with white chocolate Easter grass and pastel-colored eggs. An absolute delight for the holiday table.
