The artisan bakers at San Francisco's Cakework are serving up a slice of spring especially for us. They brushed their light vanilla génoise sponge cake with fresh lemon juice, filled it with tangy lemon cream and raspberries, and frosted it in vanilla buttercream. Then they wrapped the entire thing in basket-textured white chocolate, and decorated the top with white chocolate Easter grass and pastel-colored eggs. An absolute delight for the holiday table.
