A huge part of stir fry is chopping up vegetables. Bell peppers, mushrooms, cilantro, mint, cucumbers, onions - you can really chop anything up and throw it in. This Santoku knife is perfect for the task. Invest in a couple good knives and you can use them for your entire life! Pretty color, too. Chop chop chop chop - I love the sound.
