  I just love this bracelet. It is basically a clock that helps you keep track of breast feeding. You simply move the charm to the appropriate number (on the clock) of the bracelet every time you feed. That way you don't forget. This is an easy way to help the new mom (who is usually delirious anyway). It's very stylish too! Great new mother gift for about $30.
