Mincing garlic is such a pain. Everything from peeling it to the smell that it puts on your fingertips for days. I used to dread it until the Garlic Twist came along. Now all I have to do is cut the garlic into a couple chunks, pop it in the twist, give it a few turns, and viola! Minced garlic. (via Amazon.com)
