Hilarious show - highly recommended. It was canceled for some silly reason but lives on through DVD

I try not to watch too much television, and only heard of the show when there were reports of a minor uproar because of its cancellation. I finally checked it out on Hulu.com (you can watch every episode!) this year. I was hooked from the start!
You follow The Bluth family in their 'riches to rags' story. The characters are amazingly funny with spot on casting and acting. There are recurring themes that are funny on their own but downright uproarious if you've watched previous episodes. There is narration which makes it easy to follow and adds it own laughs. Genius plot twists and writing.
It may be 'cool' now to dis the show because of it's popularity, but it really is pure genius and hilarious. The show introduced some things like crude, handheld camera views, some awkward scenes and cut-away from the story points that shows like The Office later adopted.
Watch it online, or better yet buy the DVD's!

I don't recommend joining cults unless it is the cult following of this show. It is brilliant and Jason Batteman is a fantastically funny and handsome actor. Get this - love it - make it your new god.

Such a hilarious show. Apparently I love the hi-jinks of the random hilarity. I don't even know if I could pick a favorite character. The other day I heard someone say the name Tobias and my co-worker and I looked at each other and started cracking up.

Ooooh. I might have to get this one. I definitely love this show. It's so hilarious! Everytime I hear the name Tobias (which has been a lot lately, oddly enough) I can't help but think of Tobias Funke.

Funniest show I've ever watched - hands down. Loved every minute of it. Watch a few episodes in a row to get to know the characters and you'll be addicted. Worth watching not just once, but over and over again. Why FOX cancelled I will never know. Especially when they replace it with shows like Prison Break (I wonder whats going to happen at the end of THIS seaons.......50 bucks says he breaks out of prison)! Honestly! But I guess FOX isn't all to blame, it's the couch potato Americans who want to come home every night and stuff fried food down their wind pipes while switching back and forth between reality shows of actors/actresses either being 'voted' off the show or living the life they themselves should be living. If your sick of all the so-called reality shows or if those shows already sicken you as much as they do me, than you definitely need to check Arrested Development
