A lot of people have reviewed this product as it has been out a while and generally people really like it. However, I thought I'd give my take on it. I have always been an exercise fanatic and this has included push-ups. Unfortuneately, I received a wrist injury from puch ups and had to look at something else to keep my upper body strong. I discovered the "perfect pushup" and have loved doing pushups more than ever. And, not only that - i have developed more definition in more muscles in a shorter amount of time. Generally, I hate gyms as I have to wait for equipment, watch the muscle heads look at themselves in the mirror every ten minutes, and have to deal with people trying to talk to me - when I workout, like many of us, we don't want to be bothered. "the Perfect Pushup" solves that dilemna in that it is the first piece in develping a home gym that won't take up too much space.

If you've grown multiple cists in the bones of your wrists from the strain of doing 'normal' pushups then the Perfect Pushup is just for you. This aid d'technique rotates as you perform your pushup to reflect a more natural movement, and engages more muscles along the way. How can you trust it?? Well, it was invented by a Navy SEAL Platoon Commander. As one who has a couple brothers in the military (one is a marine officer) where life depends on fitness, I can tell you that means a lot. That, and I own them! Give yourself a boost of power with the Perfect Pushup and forget about all those wrist injuries.

I just purchased this product for my boyfriend. When I was bored, I tried it out and it is really good. It doesn't hurt your wrist and works well for men and women!

I love the perfect pushup. Notice a difference after the first week. Go to Walgreen's its only $20 bucks versus the $50 online. Ladies this is a must get for boyfriends, husbands and father's a like. Works the pecs, arms, shoulders and abs.

If I could do pushups, I would love these. Until then, I'll have to work up my feeble arms with knee push ups. For anyone who likes doing pushups, these are really great. They reduce strain on your joints and workout extra mucles with their twisting motion.

I really liked using Perfect Pushups. One caveat: it's possible to injure yourself if you let your chest fall below your hands, particularly in the "chair" position.

It's not just those hand thingies, it's a whole kit with a pull up bar and DVDs. I want to look like the girl version of this guy but I don't like working out at home (I go to the gym). However, cool gear like this increases my motivation to strengthen my abs in my living room. Summer, here I come!
