I have to admit, I was more than a little skeptical about this gadget. I know it was designed by a former Navy Seal, but that did little to ease my doubts. I was afraid it was something that would merely help you crank out more reps at the expense of proper form. But, none of that prevented me from wanting to try it out. I was quite impressed. It provided a great workout for my chest and triceps. And, if you have wrist issues, this should be a more comfortable way for you to do pushups. Total thumbs up to the Perfect Pushup.

If nothing else, you clicked this because that is one good looking guy. I think this has something to do with perfect abs...yeah, that's it.
The Perfect Pushup was developed by the US Navy and is supposed to help you maximize your upper body workout while doing pushups. The rotating hand grips allow your arms to twist naturally during the pushup, engaging more muscles and reducing strain on your feeble joints. (via Crunchgear)

It's not just those hand thingies, it's a whole kit with a pull up bar and DVDs. I want to look like the girl version of this guy but I don't like working out at home (I go to the gym). However, cool gear like this increases my motivation to strengthen my abs in my living room. Summer, here I come!

I really liked using Perfect Pushups. One caveat: it's possible to injure yourself if you let your chest fall below your hands, particularly in the "chair" position.

If I could do pushups, I would love these. Until then, I'll have to work up my feeble arms with knee push ups. For anyone who likes doing pushups, these are really great. They reduce strain on your joints and workout extra mucles with their twisting motion.
