I have to admit, I was more than a little skeptical about this gadget. I know it was designed by a former Navy Seal, but that did little to ease my doubts. I was afraid it was something that would merely help you crank out more reps at the expense of proper form. But, none of that prevented me from wanting to try it out. I was quite impressed.
