The best bars I have had in a very long time. I often pack them in my suitcase when I travel. They are about 140 calories, made with whole soy and dried fruit. OUTSTANDING!

I LOVE soy joy! I was skeptical at first though. First bite was okay and then as i bite more i like the taste more. it does not have much soy flavor. you will taste more butter and fruit. One bar and a cap of water is perfect meal for morning! (via Soy Joy website)
