When we got married, my husband and I registered for fancy china and everyday china. The fancy has come out once and we take such good care of our everyday stuff, that we rarely use it. I think everyone should have a great set of white dishes. From there, you can go anywhere and create any table. These William Sonoma pasta bowls have seen many a fine meal in my family.
