A Morning Cup of Tai Chi
I love this approach to an ancient practice. Author Bright-Fey really makes tai chi accessible and fun. I started learning New Forest Tai Chi over 10 years ago and I still love it!!!!! Unlike other styles that I'd been interesting in, this one really stuck with me and has become a sanity saver for me.
Tai Chi is so meditative. It really does help calm the mind. Moving meditation is sometimes easier than sitting meditations, as well, because you don't have to concentrate on being still! The morning cup series makes 10-15 audio cds of meditation, chi qong, tai chi, etc. Find 15 minutes in your morning and participate. You'll be glad.
