Being that I am on a huge Gossip Girl kick as of late, and that I just watched 'A Handmaiden's Tale' this pleated Chloe reminds me of the outfit Blair Waldorf was wearing when she, Kati and Iz were searching for a date for Serena. That cute little pleated skirt, button up shirt and cardigan. It was so adorable. With pockets this is definitely a casual skirt, and perfect for the upcoming warmth!
