There is something special about Flensted mobiles. I am not sure if my enthusiasm for them originates from the copious design options, or the bright colors, or the tranquility of the movement, or the delicate balancing act, or maybe the fact that they add movement to a room that typically can be very static. Whatever the cause, I think doctors should start prescribing Flensted mobiles to all patients. I bet there would be a dramatic increase in health and happiness nationwide if everyone had a mobile in their room. (via Design Public)
