This game let's you play over 12 games that get your whole body moving. You can play river rafting, mine-cart adventure, log jumping, jump rope, water trampoline and more. You can also use your Mii right from the start. The Active Life Mat is bundled with the game. Which is cool, because I hate having to buy those accessories separately.

The mat comes with fun challenging games. If you are really out of shape, you might try the Wii Fit board. You hop, jump and run. On some you sit and use your hands to paddle. Enough games to keep you busy for hours. The only drawback is that when you are jumping, you can miss the arrows and it is kind of hard to store. I use the large ziplock storage bag. I haven't really seen it advertised much which is a shame. The mat is not wireless, so you have to be careful with the cord. You will definitely get some exercise with this. Loads of fun!

My son and I both need to become more active, and this is a great way for us to get fit together when it's raining and the park is a no-go.

I just purchased this for my kids, it is such a fun game!!
