Shure E2c Sound Isolating Earphones

Description

When buying anything to do with hi-fi, there is virtually no upper limit on how much you can spend. There is generally some benefit in spending a bit more than standard on something, but then the law of diminishing returns kicks in and you can pay more and more for a less and less detectable improvement in sound.

These headphones are a little more expensive than your standard in-the-ear jobs, but they deliver vastly improved sound quality and amazing isolation. I like these because I don't have to listen to my music loud to block out the sound around me, the design of the headphones does that for me.

I think these headphones are right on the edge of the diminishing returns zone. They're really good value, but spend much more and I don't think you'll see that great an improvement for your money.

I likes 'em.

Almost as good as pro level stage in ear monitors. Snuggle fit in your ears so they don't come out during trail running.
