  This quilt is so un-stuffy. It's almost not a quilt at all! From the artist: Glorious is the one single word to describe this quilt! It features 12 different fabrics from the newest line from artist Laura Gunn - Poppy. With the look of water colors on canvas, large flowers, dogwood stripes and small bouquets come to life in stunning color — aqua, denim blue, olive and spice. (I couldn't bear to cut this amazing fabric into little pieces so I settled on big blocks with a half-block border on the two sides.) The back and binding is Peeking Polka Dot in Aqua. And it feels amazing. So incredibly soft to the touch. You will love it! Like all my quilts it was machine pieced and then free motion quilted on a professional long arm machine in my non-smoking, no pet home studio in San Francisco. On the top I used a beautiful variegated King Tut thread with shades of gold, green blue and red and a matching ivory in the bobbin, both blend perfectly. The binding is machine stitched to the front and always hand stitched to the back for a professional finish. - Way oversized lap or twin/double bed coverlet size at 68 x 75 inches - Made from 100% premium cotton fabric - Premium Warm and Natural cotton batting and King Tut cotton thread - Machine wash cold and tumble dry low
