The FitBall 101 program is a great way for those who are overweight and/or inactive to start an exercise program. If you fall in this category, this program will help you achieve your health & fitness goals.

The two 30-minute workouts show several modifications so you can get started today regardless of your current level of activity. Progress from a FitBALL Seating Disc® to a FitBALL in a FitBALL Base® and then use the FitBALL by itself when you're ready.
