If adding a separate sunscreen to your morning beauty routine means it would take your 2 hours to get ready, then use a facial moisturizer that has SPF built in. Eucerin is a drugstore brand that my own dermatologist recommends for my dry skin.
This particular moisturizer has microfine zinc and titanium oxides that protect against aging UVA rays and skin-cancer causing UVB rays. (via About.com)
