Oh- how can a movie capture every kid's childhood memories so perfectly? There are too many hilarious quotes to name in A Christmas Story. Gotta watch it every year. FRA-GEE-LAY.

The first time I saw A Christmas Story was a mere year ago. I can't believe I waited that long! This is a classic story of little Ralphie, who really wants a BB Gun for Christmas more than anything. His parents, however, think he'll "shoot (his) eye out!" Watch as Ralphie goes about getting his dream gift in 1940s America, complete with bullies, frozen tongues, and a horrendous bunny suit. Anyone will tell you that this movie is pure Christmas.

Is there a more classic Christmas movie? How many marathons over the years have you watched this great movie on the TV? Too many to count. A great Christmas movie that each new generation needs to be introduced to. A great movie and a great purchase.

This is a holiday classic! You really can't get through the holidays without watching it at least once. A must have!

This is one of my favorite movies of all time. So why is it on my list of childhood traumas? Well, let me start by saying that I may have not been a bright child. Just like Flick, I was dared to stick my tongue on a frozen metal pole. Just like Flick, I accepted the dare. Just like Flick, my tongue got stuck. Unlike Flick, this was not a movie & my tongue was really stuck to the pole. Let's just say I freaked out and made things worse. Even now, I'm still a little apprehensive around ice cubes and popsicles.

A Christmas Story is a holiday classic in my house hold. The 2 disc DVD collection is a great item to pull out each year and watch with the family. (via Amazon)
