I recommend this to my diet junkie & weigh obsessed clients. It surpasses what a diet does by teaching you how to eat properly. And it stresses the importance of waist size over total body weight. Basically, it's everything I tell them, but since it's in a book it "sticks".

If you watch Oprah at all (really who doesn't) you would be familiar with Dr. Oz and his no-nonsense healthy diet and fitness information.
