I've watched this show on the Discovery Health Channel, and it's truly inspired and motivated me to get in shape this year by following advice from this book.
If you watch Oprah at all (really who doesn't) you would be familiar with Dr. Oz and his no-nonsense healthy diet and fitness information. I originally got interested in this book from the recommendation from Oprah and I am so glad that I did. Looking to lose weight and be the best that you can be? Try You on a Diet!
