I saw this product on ThisNext and put it on my wishlist. Someone from the company noticed it and sent me a gift certificate for a jar. I ended up getting two jars, the Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter, and am happy to report that both are excellent!

I grew up on homemade fudge, and don't like what I usually find in stores, which is too marshmellow-ey and sweet for my taste. The Charssi spoon fudge tastes a lot like my mom's fudge, with the flavor, sweetness, and consistency balanced just right. (via craftrevolution)
