This is a must for the first 3 months when your brain is frazzled and you're sleep deprived. It really helped me start a schedule with my baby and I still use it after 3 months. You don't have to remember things like how long it's been since your last feeding, or how long has he/she been napping, or what breast (if you breastfeed) did I use last.....I take it with me everywhere and give it as a baby gift to all my girlfriends! My only complaint is the internal LED light on mine stopped working, but I rarely use it now that my baby sleeps through the night!
