I read about this in a magazine and since I am already a fan of Wexler's skin regenerating serum (one of the only products I've ever tried where I actually see a difference after using it), I decided to give it a try on my "I'm over 30" puffy bags. It really does the trick. I dab it under my eyes in the morning before moisturizing and using concealer and it really takes the puff out!! (via Bath and Body Works)
