I admittedly have a chandelier thing, but I don't think it's just me. Ingo Maurer's Birds Birds Birds chandelier is pretty close to the coolest one I believe I've ever seen.

It is a substantial chandelier with 24 unique low voltage bulbs adorned with goose feather wings.

Tin plated metal parts and colored wires complete the lamp. a truly impressive work of art, the overall height is 74.8" with a 47.3" diameter. A full set of bulbs and six spares are included. Available in transparent or red versions.
