For the person who finds themselves staring up at the stars, but doesn't want the hassel of a telescope, here's something for you. Take it out on a drive into the country, hop out of your car, and point it at the sky. This would be especially awesome for that weekend camping trip with the kids! (via Gizmodo)

This is a great product. I love star-gazing but truthfully, I never know what the hell I'm looking at. Everything pretty much looks like the Big Dipper. Simply point the Meade MySkyto to an object in the heavens, pull the trigger, and using good-ole GPS, it will identify planets, stars, galaxies, and more. It can also be hooked up to a telescope.
