Since becks first to major studio albums were as close to unsurpassable as possible, it's hard to rank any of his work too high, but only because Mellow Gold and Odelay were so perfect. In a lot of ways, this one is back to the roots. But, like anything Beck does, it's solid, fun and enjoyable throughout.
