I use this just underneath my eyebrows, above the eyelid area. I had my makeup done at the Benefit counter once, and it just looked really cool. You can also put some right down the center of your nose, and it makes your nose seem narrower because all the light hits the High Beam and sort of defects how wide(!?) your nose is. This is great to highlight cheek bones after you have applied the rest of your makeup. Just apply with a light hand or you risk looking as if you're ready for halloween. I also sometimes mix it in the palm of my hand with my regular foundation. It give a subdued all over healthy GLOW
