This egg timer takes the guess work out of boiling eggs. It some how figures in the number of eggs in the pan, the water used, the altitude and desired level of cooked egg, from soft- to hard-boiled. Pretty amazing!

I've never been able to cook an egg properly, unless "hard-boiled" no matter how hard I try to stop short is proper. This timer is task-specific and awfully cute. This year, I'll finally rank as a master Easter egg decorator and soft-boiled egg chef. (via StraightLine)
