Get fit while playing video games! The most popular wii game out right now! If you can find it buy it!

As a long-time Dance Dance Revolution fan right on into Wii Sports, I can get behind video games that can actually make exercise fun! Who knew? I am also hugely into Pilates and look forward to trying out Wii Yoga!

On July 11, Wii Fit was announced at Nintendo's E3 press conference. This experience builds on the active-play phenomenon started by Wii Sports. It comes with the pressure-sensitive board that measures user's actions in fun aerobic, toning and balance activities. The game calculates body mass index (BMI) and sets goals to help you lose or gain weight and reach your optimum BMI level. It includes fitness activities such as hula hooping, ski jumping, balancing and yoga among others. Coming in the first half of 2008.

Love, love, love this game!! It makes working out fun and entertaining. Even my 3 yr old love to play the games.

Love it, love the instant gratification of having points per activity, Makes me want to do more so that I can get more points. Anyone who needs accentive to do something should try this!!!
